Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Hide Pictures Videos ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you disagree with any portion of these terms, do not use the application.

2. Free Tier & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Hide Pictures Videos is free to download and offers basic media locking features. Pro Tier subscriptions unlock unlimited photo and video storage, custom secret albums, icon camouflage, and screenshot protection.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

3. User Responsibility & Data Backup

Because Hide Pictures Videos operates strictly on-device without remote cloud backup servers, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device data. The developer cannot recover media if your device is damaged, lost, or reset without an encrypted local backup.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from user error, device malfunction, or forgotten PIN passcodes.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and standard Apple Developer Program licensing agreements.
